Key about the team
At Keylane, you will become part of a skilled, collaborative, and international HR team, across the Netherlands and the DK office. The HR team consists of 15 people.
We work across countries and disciplines, and we combine professionalism with an informal atmosphere, teamwork and a good sense of humor. You will get a real insight into how HR supports a growing international business – both in the day-to-day work and through longer-term initiatives.
Key about the role
As our Student Worker, you will primarily support the Danish Senior HR Business Partner with a varied mix of HR-service, administration, coordination and mostly employment-law-related tasks. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your tasks and work independently, while always having experienced HR colleagues to guide you.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting “absence processes” and policies, including maintaining overviews and preparing follow-up materials.
- Helping to plan, coordinate and communicate wellbeing, engagement and workplace initiatives.
- Acting as a first point of contact for straightforward questions on internal HR processes, policies and systems, with support from the HR team.
- Contributing to e.g. the review and update of employment contract templates and related HR documentation.
- Researching and helping to update HR policies, procedures and intranet content.
- Coordinating local HR meetings and the like.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support, research and data preparation for the Senior HR Business Partner and/or the wider team.
Keylane offers
- 15-hour-per-week Student position on average.
- A flat and informal organization with a professional and supportive working environment.
- An opportunity to meet other student workers across departments.
- A profit share.
- Flexibility in the working environment. We offer a combination of working from home and from the office. We value seeing colleagues in person to stay connected and collaborate effectively.
- The Danish office is located a 10-minute walk from Islands Brygge Metro station.
- We believe that strong employee relations are key to maintaining well-being in the workplace. To support this, we offer a variety of social activities that all employees can participate in, such as yoga, padel tennis, running, outdoor bathing, and fitness in the basement.
