As our Microsoft 365 Expert, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our modern workplace platform while ensuring secure, scalable, and well-governed Microsoft 365 services.
In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize modern workplace solutions that strengthen device management, improve collaboration, and enable business process automation across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and governance models, balancing usability, security, and maintainability. Working closely with IT and business stakeholders, you will act as both a technical authority and a trusted advisor, helping drive continuous improvement across our Microsoft 365 landscape.
Microsoft Intune You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing Microsoft Intune across the organization. This includes device and application management, compliance policies, configuration profiles, endpoint security, Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access alignment, and lifecycle management for corporate and personal devices. You will monitor endpoint health and compliance, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain operational documentation, configuration baselines, and support procedures.
Power Platform You will design, build, and optimize solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI while translating business requirements into scalable low-code solutions. You will establish governance across the platform, including environment strategy, DLP policies, connector governance, ownership models, lifecycle management, and integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and external systems. You will also identify automation opportunities and promote best practices for solution design, testing, deployment, and support.
SharePoint Online You will design and optimize SharePoint Online environments that support collaboration, document management, communication, and knowledge sharing. This includes developing information architecture, metadata structures, permission models, governance standards, navigation, and content lifecycle management. You will also support migrations, redesigns, platform optimization, and troubleshooting of advanced SharePoint issues.
Architecture, Delivery & Continuous Improvement Working closely with architects, security specialists, service owners, and business stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation roadmaps. You will contribute to Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives, provide 3rd line support, define governance standards and best practices, coach colleagues, and continuously improve our Microsoft 365 services.
You will also be responsible for:
Intune configuration standards and endpoint management baselines
Power Platform governance model, solution standards, and automation roadmap
SharePoint architecture standards, governance structures, and collaboration design principles
Operational documentation including runbooks, support procedures, and implementation
guidelines
Reporting and continuous improvement related to device compliance, platform adoption,
automation value, and service quality
Key about your team You will become part of an international IT organization working to continuously develop and optimize our Microsoft 365 platform and modern workplace services.
The team is fifteen people strong and divided over five locations and three countries. You will be based in our Copenhagen office at Islands Brygge, where you will work closely together with three of the fifteen experienced colleagues. Together, you collaborate with architects, security specialists, service owners, and business stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our Microsoft 365 services are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Salary: For this role, the Monthly Base Salary ranges from 46.000 – 57.000 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

You bring:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
More than five years of experience working with Microsoft 365 engineering, administration, and solution delivery
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, including device management, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint management
Strong experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, governance, integrations, and solution lifecycle management
Strong experience with SharePoint Online, including site architecture, permissions, document management, governance, and collaboration design
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and experience diagnosing issues across Microsoft 365 services, endpoints, collaboration environments, automation solutions, and integrations
Experience implementing solutions at scale using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, automation, or policy-based configuration
A strong understanding of governance, security, and operational management within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
