Key About Your Role
As a consultant in the PDE delivery team, you are the functional expert on our portal solution Plexus Digital Engagement (PDE). You understand how the product works functionally and how it connects to underlying systems.
You act as the key point of contact for clients, translating their pension-related needs into scalable solutions within PDE. You challenge requests, uncover the real question behind them, and ensure the best possible outcome.
You take a critical approach to client requests, uncovering the true underlying needs.
Key About Your Responsibilities
Conducting client intakes
Creating configuration documentation for functional requirements
Analyzing and mapping data and mutations between PDE portals and back-office systems
Investigating incidents and findings
Aligning with clients on product scope for upcoming releases
Contributing to test cases and functional product documentation
In projects, you collaborate closely with a Project Manager, our Product Owner and the developers working as a team to deliver the best results for the client.
Key About Your Team
As a consultant, you will join the Portals Team at Keylane, working within PDE. PDE our front-office solution, seamlessly integrating with Keylane back-office systems (Plexus, Lifetime, LeanApps) or external back-office platforms. Plexus itself is our core back-office system.
Within the PDE team, we develop participant-, employer-, and advisor portals for pension funds, insurers, and administrators. These portals are enriched by a wide range of customer journeys embedded in our product offering.
Our team is structured into three key areas: Product Management, Product Development, and Delivery:
Product Management defines and evolves the Plexus DE product based on internal and external requirements and priorities.
Product Development builds and enhances the Plexus DE software according to Keylane standards.
Delivery ensures customer-specific implementations through configuration (and occasional light customization).
As a consultant you will operate within the Delivery PDE team.
Product Development delivers the portals—including all modules and customer journeys—as a unified SaaS release on a monthly basis. The Delivery team then tailors the solution for each client, including styling, content, pension configuration, and back-office integrations.
Keylane offers
A monthly gross salary (for a Senior) between € 4350 and € 5800 based on 40 hours per week;
8% holiday allowance of your total gross salary;
A profit share;
A pension scheme, with the option to save extra;
Travel reimbursement: Receive a mileage allowance of €0.23 per km or an NS Business Card, which can also be used for personal travel
24 holiday days (with the option to buy extra) and 7 inclusion days, which can be exchanged with fixed Dutch national holidays, allowing you to take them when you like;
Flexibility in working environment. As part of a hybrid working team, you will work partly from home and partly from the office. If you work in the office, a free lunch is waiting for you every day. If you work from home, you will receive a working from home allowance (€ 4 net per day) and internet allowance (€ 35 net per month);
The possibility of working remotely from abroad for up to 2 months per year;
The possibility to lease a bike through our bike leasing program;
A one-year contract that, subject to satisfactory performance, will be converted into a permanent contract;
