This policy allows colleagues to perform their roles from another country. This can be twice a year, up to 30 days per trip.
For Amir, an IT Support Engineer at Keylane, this opportunity opened the door to a long-held dream: spending a month living and working in Madrid. He used the programme to immerse himself in the Spanish culture and enjoy a new environment. This left Amir afterwards with more clarity and energy than expected.

After four weeks away, I felt as if I’d taken a long holiday. I came back with fresh energy and a clear head, which made me ready to start new projects.
What surprised Amir most was the impact this experience had on him and his headspace. Despite working full-time while abroad, he returned to the office with renewed motivation.
