In our fast paced world, wee often overlook the simple act of expressing gratitude. Consequently, from time to time, we all fall into the trap of taking our colleagues for granted. We forget that in life, it is the simple things that matter the most. Thus on January 11th, Keylane celebrated International Thank You Day.
2024 is the first year we’ve celebrated International Thank You Day at Keylane, and it certainly won’t be the last! The spirit of the celebration perfectly aligns with Keylane’s core value ‘Cooperative’. This encourages all Keylaners to foster a working environment built around honest and open collaboration, and cooperation.
In spirit of gratitude; we placed cards throughout our offices inviting Keylaners express their gratitude to one another. Each card had space to leave personal message of appreciation for their esteemed colleagues. Once filled in, we deliver the cards to their intended recipients. Subsequently, the value of International Thank You Day was felt by all.
Starting the year off by showing gratitude to each other has deep meaning at Keylane. This helps us create a workplace where people feel appreciated; which we ensure through Keylaners knowing that their colleagues see and feel the value they bring to Keylane. Thus, further fostering an environment of pride and excellence; and nencouraging a genuine desire to deliver the best solutions.
Moving forward, we commit to ensuring the spirit of gratitude is present at Keylane every day. We are also excited to share this with new and familiar colleagues throughout 2024!
