Terms of employment
The basis consists of a good salary, 8% vacation pay and a laptop. Based on a 40 hour work week you have 24 days of holiday and the possibility to buy 6 extra days.
Keylane also pays for all work-related travel. Employees who visit clients on a regular basis are able to choose between a lease car or a NS Business Card.
Depending on your role you can receive a net compensation for unforeseen and/or incidental costs.
We offer great a pension scheme and take care of a large part of the costs. It is also possible to join our collective health insurance.
Keylane employees are the source of our successes; therefore we like to praise them with bonuses. Every employee receives part of the net profit and if you have been working for us for over three years, you get a loyalty bonus that can add up to a months’ salary.
Our application process roughly consists four steps: an assessment, 1st interview, 2nd interview and a pre-employment screening. Depending on the job and the location you are applying at, the process can be different.
