Your basis is of course a solid salary, 8% holiday allowance and a laptop. Based on a 40 hour work week you’ll get 24 days off for nice (summer) holidaya and the possibility to buy 6 more days. Keylane also pays for all work-related travel. Employees who visit clients on a regular basis are able to choose between a lease car or a NS Business Card. Depending on your role you can receive a net compensation for unforeseen and/or incidental costs.

Pension scheme

We offer great a pension scheme and take care of a large part of the costs. It is also possible to join our collective health insurance.


Keylane employees are the source of our successes; therefore we like to praise them with bonuses. Every employee receives part of the net profit and if you have been working for us for over three years, you get a loyalty bonus that can add up to a months’ salary.



During your personal hiring  process there are multiple stages which you’ll need to complete before joining the Keylane Family. Your 1st stage interview will all about you and your eagerness. During your 2nd stage interview we’ll talk about our expertise and of course want to find out; “How Expert are you”? Depending on the job and the location you are applying at, the process can differ.
