Keylane ontwikkelt software voor verzekeraars-en pensioeninstellingen in het binnen- en buitenland. De Keylane software is nu een concept binnen de industrie. Het succes van Keylane is te danken aan het gemak dat onze software biedt en onze projecten worden gekenmerkt door een snelle doorlooptijd, een hoge mate van complexiteit en een zeer commercieel karakter.
Benefits Plaza, een software oplossing van Keylane, is een online platform met een database voor alle werknemersverzekeringen. Tegelijkertijd verbindt dit platform verschillende systemen met elkaar, zoals verzekeringsportals, pensioenbackofficesystemen en salarisadministratiesystemen.
Key about your role
Een verkeerde systeeminstelling, een serverconfiguratiefout of een NullPointerException; fouten glippen er gemakkelijk in. Aan jou de taak om incidenten te registeren, prioriteren en op te lossen! Kom je er in jouw rol als Support Specialist een keer niet uit? Dan schakel je collega’s in en zorg je er alsnog voor dat de incidenten (zo snel mogelijk) worden opgelost.
Naast het oplossen van incidenten verzorg je diverse implementaties in onze applicatie (genaamd: Benefits Plaza) voor de klant, zodat zij direct met onze software aan de slag kunnen. In deze rol ben je dan ook een eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant.
Behalve de implementaties, bied je ondersteuning bij het gebruik van onze software, je ondersteunt collega’s bij projecten en denkt proactief mee in het verbeteren van processen om de dienstverlening te blijven optimaliseren en professionaliseren.

- Een hbo denk- en werkniveau hebt
- Leergierig en nieuwsgierig bent
- Analytisch en oplossingsgericht bent
- Eventueel ervaring hebt met Employee Benefits (pensioen/inkomen)
- Last but not least, een teamspeler bent die ook zelfstandig kan opereren.
