Developer / Tech Consultant

Key about your team

You will be a part of our Professional Services department. We are always on point, when it comes to engaging with new clients or with existing clients about new functionality and configuration. Your team – Consulting Services & Tech team, consists of experts from the business field, such as Business Analysts, Actuaries and Developers. In this department our core business is business!

Our main purpose is to act as a link between our customers, the business, and our standard end-to-end core pension system Plexus, to ensure that sufficient and detailed requirements are obtained, that the right and pivotal questions are addressed, but also to do technical configuration and output.

We are translating our complex pension software to our clients and making sure that they get the best solution for them in return – also by challenging the customer’s demands during the process.

Key about your role

In your role as Developer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team and will be responsible for technical analysis & assessment, and development & configuration in our core solution of our clients’ needs. Your area of responsibility will span from analyses and internal sparring, over meetings with customers, to development spanning from bug fixes to implementation of new features in the customer layer on our platform. You will always have bright and helpful colleagues available for sparring and discussions. As our application is complex, part of your role may also require some self-driven investigation and eagerness to obtain additional knowledge and understanding of the application.

Our platform is Java-based so previous experience with Java development will be an advantage but is not considered as a must-have. We expect you to have an educational background as computer scientist, software engineer or similar, and that you are experienced in object-oriented development.
