Key about your team

You will be part of a cross-functional team characterized by high professionalism. The Money Flow team is focusing on collections, disbursement, financials and Unit Linked. The team consists of highly skilled developers, a tester and you as a business analyst.

As being agile is essential to us, the tasks are not defined in detail in advance, so further discussion and refinement will be done in the team. The team is taking part in every step of the development process, from planning to deployment, based on the client´s needs. In this process you as a Business Analyst play a central part.

As a Business Analyst in Keylane, Product Development, you will work closely with our Product Owner, Cluster Manager, team and Delivery to make sure our products continue being the leading solutions in the financial market. You will discuss and provide knowledge to your colleagues, who might be experts within other areas, such as the technical field. Using your pension knowledge, you will analyse and elaborate requirements coming in from our customers via Delivery and help evolve and design a standard solution to support customer’s needs.

We are internationalizing our policy administration system, Plexus, which introduces an international work environment with close cooperation with our colleagues in the Netherlands. It is essential that we emphasize business understanding, and that you are willing to both listen and discuss the different challenges and solutions in a professional manner.

Key about your role

As the key link between your team and the rest of the organization, you will be in constant dialogue with colleagues. You enjoy problem solving and you do not hesitate to challenge status quo while defining the right solution. In Keylane we are all experts within our field, and we rely heavily on your professional expertise, both when it comes to being autonomous and being the Business Analyst by heart that you are.

A few responsibilities are for example:

  • · Analysing which part of our system should be adjusted to support new features and new customers
  • · Designing and explaining how the solution should work by writing user stories
  • · Transfer business requirements into technical requirements for the developers
  • · Perform demos of new features.

Key about you

This position offers great growth potential for the right candidate: being a Business Analyst could also include driving, managing, and keeping track of your teams tasks in a more coordinating role, of course together with your manager.

  • Furthermore, we think it is important that you:
  • · Are a real team player that has the drive to handle complex tasks together with your team
  • · Have experience working with pensions and life insurance, e.g. from working at a Pension provider
  • · Have experience with IT or implementation of IT systems. You might already have tried working with agile methods
  • · Have experience within the financial area and Unit Link is a plus.
