Benefits Plaza is an online platform with a database for all employee insurances. At the same time, this same platform connects different systems with each other, such as insurance portals, pension products and payroll and absence systems.

Double entry in different systems is a thing of the past. With one employee change, all relevant data is automatically processed, premiums and insured amounts are calculated and directly communicated with all parties, such as insurers and employees. Regardless of where the insured schemes are located. Benefits Plaza can manage all schemes. Such as all types of pension schemes, collective disability, absenteeism, self-risk bearer, accidents, medical expenses, General Surviving Relatives Act (ANW), travel insurance and non-insurable employment conditions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Before our customers can use our platform, everything must be set up. We provide this "initial design" for the customer. The information that is required is supplied by the insurers or the pension fund. As soon as the employer is registered in our system, various activities must be performed. Monthly recurring activities, such as uploading invoices, checking current account statements, importing salary adjustments and rate tables will determine your daily schedule.

Customer contact is also part of the daily work. It is of great importance that the customer comes first and that you can fully understand what the customer wants from us. Together with a small, enthusiastic and ambitious team, you will work in our beautiful office, located between the Erasmus Bridge, Euromast and the Veerhaven. In short, a very nice administrative position for an enthusiastic person.

KEY ABOUT YOU

• MBO / HBO
• Advanced in MS Office
• Experience with customer contact is a plus
• Numerical understanding
• Insurance and pension knowledge is a plus
• Living in or near Rotterdam
