Learning and Development Specialist Dutch and English speaking

At Keylane, we are looking for an enthusiastic, hands on and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Business Partner to join our Keylane HR team based in Utrecht! Getting excited? Then read below the details of the role of L&D Business Partner at Keylane and figure out if you are the right fit!

We work hybrid two days on site and three days remotely.

KEY ABOUT YOUR TEAM

As an L&D Business Partner you are part of the international Keylane Life & Pension HR team which operates in our offices in Utrecht, Rotterdam and Copenhagen. You report directly to the HR director Life & Pension and your location base is Utrecht. You work closely together with your peer colleagues in the Netherlands and Denmark. We make sure to align daily, we encourage an informal but professional work ethic.

Besides working in the Life & Pension HR team, you work very closely with your peer L&D business partner in the other business lines of Keylane. Together you are responsible for the Keylane Academy and you develop and carry out the L&D strategy.

KEY ABOUT YOUR ROLE
The Keylane Academy is responsible for designing and implementing all learning activities for the Keylane experts and customers. We support our experts and partners, we enhance knowledge, skills with accessible learning programmes and professional development opportunities.

The Learning and Development Business Partner is a critical role in supporting the delivery of the learning strategy for the business line Life & Pension. You are responsible for leading the learning experience, determine capability needs and implementing plans to address these needs. Besides this, you are responsible for scoping and design, development, project managing, implementing, and measuring the impact of learning initiatives.

You are our learning champion supporting all Keylane colleagues in accelerating their career development. You quickly get to the essence of a learning issue, can present this in a clear and structured way and you are able to make clear what the impact on the business is.

You have at least 3 years of experience in a Learning & Development role and you speak Dutch and fluently English.

KEY PROJECTS

- Forward our leadership program to the next level

- Responsible for the training and onboarding program in our offshoring project

- Expand our learning portfolio with product content training

- Develop and communicate the strategy around digital learning platforms

- Responsible for our ‘playground’ - our social development program
