Serving many of our Dutch customers, such as a.s.r., Suzan bridges the gap between our clients and our Keylane Product Developers to deliver best-in-class functionality, customer alignment and uninterrupted service.
Within her first month at Keylane, Suzan was hosting workshops with the full support of her team and management. Since then, Suzan continues to grow and learn, and her curious nature and determination to deliver outstanding support compels her to learn more about Axon every day.

My name is Suzan Mathlener and I work as an implementation consultant for the team who serve our Dutch clients, such as a.s.r. My job is to connect the people at a.s.r with the product developers at Keylane to make sure they their product configuration is up to date and working how they want it to work. Oh, and my nationality is Dutch but maybe you can already hear that.
What do you most enjoy about your role as an Implementation consultant?
What I most enjoy are the puzzles you have to solve. There are two kinds of puzzles, both of which are very interesting. The first puzzle is how does Axon work if you have a bug or an incident and then you have to figure out what is the problem, what can I do to find the problem and if you have the problem, how can I solve it? How I can solve it in the best possible way? And, you have the other puzzle, which is understanding what the client wants, because often you have to make sure that their needs and what they want are compatible with what Axon can deliver to deliver the best possible solution.
Why would you recommend Keylane to potential applicants?
It’s easy to grow your career at Keylane, your get a lot of responsibilities, and you get confidence from your management that you are able to do stuff. In my first month working at Keylane I was asked to do a workshop, which shows how much trust Keylane offers you, and how much faith they put into their employees. That’s a really nice feeling, and of course the job itself is nice. To be able to solve puzzles and see that you are growing into your role and performing better every day. And, every day you learn something new. You go into the Axon system and you click something new and you’re figuring out a whole other part of Axon that you’ve never seen before.
