Traineeship Java Developer
At Keylane you can enroll in an IT traineeship to become a software developer. The program for young talent (HBO/WO) has four start dates throughout the year. Ever wanted to learn how to program? This is your chance!
You will attend a 6-week boot camp with your fellow trainees. During the boot camp you will learn, among others, the basic principles of object oriented programming (Java) and SQL. Besides theory you will also get started with practical assignments. You will conclude the boot camp with a case and upon completion you will receive the Java Certified Associate certificate. The traineeship is intended for starters who have affinity with IT and have the ambition to work as a Software Engineer.
At Keylane, we have different roles for Software Engineers. After the traineeship we will discuss with you where you would fit best within our organization.
“For me it is an opportunity to start my career as a developer and a change to turn a new leaf”
Your tasks as a Software Engineer
We often work in teams so you will work closely with Consultants, Functional Designers and Software Testers. In addition, you will be responsible for your part in the project and therefore we will expect a high degree of autonomy of you.
As a Software Engineer you will be working on the drafting of the technical and logical program designs and you will work in Java, JSP and HTML / Java Crips / CSS to create the software.
